The space includes indoor & outdoor dining tables with a new deck, spacious bathroom & bedroom with a brand new king bed & hi-def TV equipped with Netflix, Hulu, Prime & Disney+ (no live tv or cable). There are 2 off-street well-lit parking spaces. LONG-TERM RENTING AVAILABLE - Please message for availability ***No smoking on the property*** The space **PET FRIENDLY (no breed or weight restrictions), but please disclose any pets you plan on bringing. Also, note that I live upstairs and reactive barkers may not love to stay here. There is NOT a full kitchen but there is a fridge, microwave and Keurig with a variety of drink options. Approximate driving times: - Inner Harbor = 15 min - Towson University = 15 min - Morgan State University = 5 min - Johns Hopkins University = 15-20 min - Bayview Hospital = 15 min As the title states, this is in the SUBURBS of the city. Other things to note **PETS: Pet friendly but please disclose any pets you plan on bringing. There is a $15 pet fee. I have raised dog bowls and a large kennel if you want for your stay.
