Private townhouse in 12 unit complex. Walk to beach, sound, and restaurants We live 5 minutes away in Holly By The Sea. We’re available but will not bother you unless you need us. We use a unique 4digit code for your stay with no fumbling with keys on the beach. Pets are welcome with owner notification and a $150 per stay fee. Quiet Beach town. Between Navarre Beach Bridge and Sand Dollar Cottage there are 3 restaurants in walking distance and one Marriott hotel with a gourmet off site restaurant and bar. One quiet beach road connects Navarre Beach with Pensacola Beach through the Gulf Breeze National Parks. There is nothing but sugar sand beaches throughout this stretch. You can have it all it all to yourself or party in Pensacola beach if you drive on about 30 minutes. You can rent a bike or golf cart on the corner near our property.
