The space This apartment extends over 80 m² on the 1st floor of a renovated historic house. There are no right angles here and the living room has a height difference of 40 cm from one corner to another. Wonderful genuine antique furniture from the Baroque and Biedermeier periods create a special ambience. In between, modern colored accents are set or current comfort is offered. Max. 6 people plus a small child have space here. TripTrap and crib? Sure. And books everywhere. Guest access The small, modern kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher, fridge-freezer, range and oven, microwave, lots of dishes, cutlery and glasses but also kitchen apron are there. In the living room, smart TV, Blu-ray player, radio with AUX and USB. Wi-Fi. Very good sofa bed. One double bedroom and crib. One bedroom with 2 single beds. Sleeps 6 people. Bathroom with tub and shower wall. Washing machine. Other things to note Furniture, but also decorative items such as pictures etc. are partly between 100 and 250 years old. Nevertheless, our apartments are living spaces that should be used. Please make sure, however, that surfaces of old furniture are not scratched or painted by children. You will find little from the well-known Scandinavian furniture store, but you will find dishes from Arzberg or Seltmann and cutlery from WMF. Please let us know if things break. We accept normal wear and tear (a glass, a cup...), but we need to know if something needs to be replaced. In the event of major damage from EUR 15, however, we must charge you or your insurance.
