Non-refundable cleaning fee of $75 and refundable security deposit $500 are not shown in the "nightly" rate. The unit is not available for stays less than 28 days. The space One bedroom with king sized bed, triple wide closet, and en suite bathroom. Den with twin trundle bed, closet and entrance to bathroom. Unit measures approximately 760 SF. Kitchen has stainless steel appliances, electric stove, microwave and coffeemaker, toaster oven and a blender for morning smoothies or afternoon Margaritas. Dining area seats four. Washer/dryer and outdoor table that seats six on the balcony. Guest access Upstairs unit (no elevator) with entrance on E. Waverly Drive. Key pick-up will be arranged in advance of arrival. Other things to note The pictures show current furnishings and arrangement. Complex has four tennis courts and three swimming pools. One tennis court is also used for pickleball. TV has a built in Roku and guests may sign-in to the multiple streaming services using thier own password. This is a quiet complex of permanent residents, second home-owners, and Snow Birds. It is not a party place, but a long term rental for those looking for a comfortable, affordable and relaxing place to stay in the desert. A copy of current HOA Rules and Regulations are in the unit and guests are expected to abide by all rules and regulations, including the use of parking permits. Owners and Guests must continue to comply with the following pool rules: • Owner/guest use the pool / pool area or tennis/pickleball courts at their own risk. The Association shall not be liable for any injury resulting from use of these areas. • Please avoid the pool area if you are experiencing symptoms of illness including a fever of 100°F or above, sore throat, runny nose, chills, not feeling well, sneezing, coughing, or abdominal pain. • A parent or guardian should remain with a minor who is swimming at all times to ensure safety. No running, yelling, or loud noise in the pool area. Owners and Guests must comply with the following Tennis Court rules: • Owner/guest use the tennis Courts at their own risk. Palm Springs Golf & Tennis Tennis & Pickleball Court Rules Please be mindful of the Rules regarding the Tennis & and Pickleball Courts. Never provide your key to anyone to use the amenities without your presence. COMMON AREA TENNIS AND PICKLEBALL RULES 1. Regulation tennis shoes must be worn at all times while on the courts. 2. Waiting players are encouraged to make up their foursomes before a set is completed in order to be ready to step onto the court. 3. When players are waiting, the limit is 45 minutes or completion of the set, whichever is shorter. 4. Guests must be accompanied by a Palm Springs Golf & Tennis member or resident. A maximum of three guests per resident is permitted at the tennis courts at one time. 5. No toys, roller-skates, rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles, tricycles or other items are permitted on the courts at any time. 6. No radio/stereo equipment are permitted on the courts at any time. 7. No pets are permitted on the courts at any time. 8. Other than bottled water, no food, glass, or breakable objects are allowed on the courts at any time. 9. Courts are to be kept clean at all times. 10. Hours of play are 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Hours are subject to change without notice.
