Take a stroll into town to get your morning coffee fix, or bunker away for an uninterrupted escape. The space MARINE PARADE We are situated on the 'town end' of Marine Parade, opposite the spectacular bay - the uninterrupted beach views making Lacepede Place the perfect beach house! Nip across the road for a quick dip and be home in time before the kettle has boiled! No need to pack the car with beach gear when the ocean is at your finger tips. For those who prefer to appreciate the ocean from afar - we are a short 3-4minute drive to local eateries and shopping, or take a leisurely 20 minute stroll to the main drag and explore as you go. OUR PLACE Our newly renovated home has everything you will need to sit back and take in what Kingston has to offer. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area makes our place perfect for friends and loved ones to enjoy each others company. There's nothing quite like listening to the crackle of a wood fire on a cool evening, curled up on the couch. Or better yet - enjoying a fire outside under the stars while cooking marshmallows and drinking wine. Lucky for you, our home has both! For the home chef, you will love our brand new quality appliances, including oven, stove, microwave, pod coffee machine, dishwasher - as well as all your regular kitchen extras. There is ample bench and storage space, and full size fridge freezer for all the essentials. Dine together at the adjoining timber dining suite. The 2 main bedrooms are both fitted with King size beds made up with beautiful linens, block out blinds, ceiling fans and storage facilities to stow away your belongings. The 3rd bedroom includes 2 x single beds, and a single trundle if needed. Bedrooms one and three both included beautiful ocean views, so you can wake up feeling even more refreshed. (please note linen for trundle bed is not supplied) The bathroom is equip with all the essentials, including large shower, vanity with plenty of storage and separate toilet . There is also a small laundry with a washing machine & drier for guest use. Outside at the rear, you can immerse yourself in a simpler life. The outdoor shower, fire pit and large grassed area makes our backyard the perfect allrounder. Take a go at a game of Finska or laze about in the sun! The front yard doubles as another great space for 'backyard games' or let the landscape views become your backdrop to a blissful escape. Better yet, take a break with good book or people watch on the front porch. Our beanbags make the perfect spot for a summer afternoon nap too... PARKING Our place has ample off street parking for guest use, and even enough space for those lucky enough to have a boat to park up. Come and enjoy all this beautiful property has to offer.
