Luxury converted barn awarded 5 star gold by visit England. Spacious open plan living area with stunning fitted kitchen with double oven, washer/dryer large fridge and freezer. There are premium Leather sofas in the sitting area, smart 55 inch TV complete with Netflix and Disney plus, Sonos sound bar and X box. Doors opening directly into large enclosed courtyard garden complete with Hot tub, outdoor furniture and brick BBQ. All 10 minutes walk down a quite country lane to a safe sandy beach. The space Kestrel Barn is one of 3 converted barns with lots of character, exposed beams and original flint walls. Kestrel barn can be interconnected with Peregrine barn to sleep 12. This barn sleeps 6 plus an infant in 3 bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed and smart TV. The double room has an en suite shower room and the third bedroom has twin beds. We can provide a travel cot ,high chair and bed guard on request. The main bathroom contains a large walk in shower, freestanding bath and vanity unit with lots of storage. Guest access The complete barn with private secure rear garden with private Hot Tub and BBQ. Other things to note Barn sleeps 6 Adults and infant We allow 2 well behaved dogs only, over 12 months old. They cannot be left alone on the premises and we ask you keep them off of the furniture and beds. Copy of full dog terms will be emailed to you on booking. Charge for dog is £30 per booking. The hot tub cannot be used from 11pm to 7 am.
