Newly renovated family-friendly house with all the necessities. Direct proximity to Dyreparken (15 min) and Blindleia. The property is located in quiet surroundings with forest walks right outside the doorstep, a short drive to swimming areas, 20 minutes to Kristiansand, 20 minutes to Lillesand. 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bunk bed with a 120 cm bed downstairs. Well equipped kitchen w dishwasher. Living room. Washing machine. Outdoor area with evening sun! The space 65 m2 newly renovated home located above a double garage and adjacent to our private residence. Private entrance and large terrace with dining table in the evening sun. 2 bedrooms: Master bedroom with 160 cm double bed. Possibility of a folding bed. Please let me know! Children's bedroom/bedroom 2 with a bunk bed, 70 cm bed on top and 120 cm bed on the bottom with room for 2 children/young adults. Extra mattress if needed. Let me know! Only single duvets. Fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and general kitchen utensils. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Living room with dining table, TV corner (unfortunately still without a connected TV as there is no Wi-Fi) and a "go-chair corner." Maximum 6 guests. Guest access The wooden deck outside the house can be used without restrictions. The orchard below the residence can be used freely, but it can be a bit soggy there (and sometimes the grass is tall). A small trampoline suitable for smaller children is available on the property. The garden below the house is private. The jetty and the beach area belong to the neighbor and are not available for use. Other things to note Perfect place to stay if you are going to take your family to the Zoo! 15 minutes to Dyreparken. 20 minutes to Kristiansand, 25 minutes to Lillesand. 1 km to a local grocery store that is open on Sundays. Otherwise, Sørlandssenteret with everything you could need is a 15-minute drive away.
