Renovated natural stone house, modernly converted, in a very nice environment The renovated and carefully converted natural stone house is located in a small village above the bay of Podgora. From the sea you can reach the village of Marinovici after about 5 km via a serpentine road and a relatively steep access road. The settlement consists mainly of natural stone houses and is located on the slope, surrounded by gardens and olive groves. The view of the sea is breathtakingly beautiful. The space The house is on 3 levels: Living and sleeping area for max. 3 people or children (single bed and double sofa bed), toilet, shower and oven on the ground floor Kitchen and dining area upstairs Sleeping area for 2 people with double bed, terrace and bathroom in the attic (The two sleeping areas are independently accessible and each have their own washing and toilet units) Other things to note The prices listed for the house are for two people. For each additional person, €10.00 per night will be charged. Children up to 18 years of age are exempt, so they do not pay a surcharge. By preserving the historical substance and through dedicated new architecture, our house mediates between tradition and modernity. In some cases, old elements such as the more than 200-year-old external staircase and railing were not changed, or special solutions were implemented for design reasons. The interior stairs are therefore relatively steep, open on one side to the room, without railings. Old original stone walls were preserved in the interior, a rustic farmer's terrazzo was installed. All materials therefore correspond to the rural location of the property. Visitors should therefore carefully review the photos before booking to see if the property can meet their own wishes. We also point out that our house is not suitable for small children up to about 4 years, as there are some unsecured fall areas.
