Welcome to a bright and nice house on Frösön with lovely and large secluded garden with a patio. Sun all day! Here you can play football, play in the treehouse, trampoline, sandbox and basket basket. Quiet area with good bus connections close to several bus lines to Östersund city center (5 min car, 15 min bus, 45 min walk). Close to Storsjöcupens football fields on Frösön about 300-500 meters. Booking under Storsjöcupen is preferably in more than 2 days. Please send request! The space There is room for more people such as children on a mattress or in a parent's bed, but 8 real beds, we have an extra mattress in the basement that can be used. The house is a total of 90 + 90 sqm so there should be room for several. The house is from 1956 and is tastefully renovated. New modern kitchen and new bathrooms. Bright finishes with flavorful touches. The house has a TV room with Apple TV and Wifi. Guest access The entire 1st floor is at the disposal of the guest and in the basement two bedrooms, laundry room, bathroom and sauna. Some spaces in the basement are private e.g. storage, food cellar and workshop, mostly due to chaos :) Other things to note The house has alarm and code lock. The guest gets their own 6 digit code to the door, no keys needed. In the garden is a lawn mower robot that should be turned off when children play.
