2 charming cabins on the waterfront with boat

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat. The space Only 20 km from Melhus and 40 km from Trondheim city center, approx. 40 minutes by car! Great location right on the waterfront with lovely views. 2 cabins with terrace in between, you always rent both cabins and have the whole place to yourself. Boathouse with boat that can be used during summer. Long shallow water that is perfect for swimming, also for children. Possibilities for renting a kayak on the other side of the water, only 5 minutes rowing from the cabin or 10 minutes walk around the water. Long table and seating area on the terrace, sunbeds and dining table by the trampoline, and daybed in front of the cabin. Fire pan for extra coziness and warmth outside in the evenings. Buried trampoline in the garden in the summer and large lawns around the cabins. In winter, you have opportunities for ice fishing, as well as cross-country skiing both on the water and floodlit ski track just 5-10 minutes walk/ski from the cabin. Elementary and secondary school next to the floodlit track that has a very good skating and ice hockey rink, as well as several playgrounds. Shop and restaurant just 10 minutes walk from the cabin or 2 minutes by car. There's also a football stadium if you want to play football. Other things to note We are very keen that you have a nice stay with good service. With us you will come to cabins that are freshly washed, with clean bed linen and 1 large towel each for you. We also have firewood, so you don't have to bring it :) There is one bedroom in each cabin, with a total of 6 beds. The bedroom with bunk beds is in the smallest cabin, where you will also find a bathroom with shower. There is hot water in the cabin with shower. There is no hot water in the other cabin yet, the plan is to arrange it in August 2025. Sink, toilet and dishwasher work even if there is no hot water yet :) We have 2 life jackets, 1 for children of 30-40 kg and 1 for children/adolescents of 40-60 kg.
