Welcome to our cozy holiday apartment in Moconesi – your retreat between the sea and the mountains. Moconesi is an ideal base for discovering Liguria in all its facets. Within about 20 to 30 minutes you can reach the coastal towns of Camogli, Recco, Rapallo, Chiavari, Santa Margherita Ligure and the famous Portofino. The surrounding mountains also invite you to go on hikes, bicycle rides and walks through olive groves, forests and small historic villages. The space Our approx. 40 m² apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the green hills of Liguria. Here you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of a typical Ligurian village and at the same time reach the most beautiful places on the Riviera in a short time. The apartment can accommodate up to four guests and is ideal for couples, small families or friends. The bedroom has a comfortable double size bed. In the living area there is a sofa bed that provides a comfortable sleeping space for two more guests if required. The kitchen is functionally equipped and is great for preparing simple meals. A refrigerator, microwave, portable induction hob with one cooking zone, coffee maker, electric kettle, cookware, dishes and cutlery are available. Please note that the apartment does not have a traditional stove or oven. In front of the apartment is a spacious, covered terrace that is for the exclusive use of our guests. From here, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the wooded hills of Liguria – the perfect place for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. During your stay, this outdoor area will not be used by anyone as a passageway, so you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed. Free parking is right by the house. Guest access The entire apartment is exclusively available to you during your stay. This includes the bedroom, the living room with sofa bed, the kitchen, the bathroom and the spacious covered terrace overlooking the Ligurian hills. Free parking is right by the house. Other things to note Our apartment is particularly suitable for guests who want to enjoy tranquility, nature and authentic Liguria. At the same time, you can reach the most beautiful coastal towns in the region in a short time by car. For a pleasant and flexible stay, we recommend traveling by your own vehicle. Free parking is available directly at the property. Shops, cafes and restaurants are just a few minutes away by car. In Gattorna (about 5 minutes) you will find supermarkets, a bakery, cafes, restaurants and a pizzeria. In neighboring Ferrada di Moconesi (about 5–6 minutes away), there are more restaurants, bars and shops. Cicagna (about 10 minutes) offers additional shopping options as well as a popular gelateria. The Ligurian coast can also be easily reached. Travel time, depending on the destination, is approximately: Camogli: approx. 25 minutes Recco: approx. 25 minutes Rapallo: about 30 minutes Santa Margherita Ligure: about 30 minutes Portofino: about 45 minutes (it is much nicer to go there and back by boat) Only 20-25 minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Chiavari and Lavagna.
