The space Welcome to our cosy and stylish annex, perfect for couples, solo travellers, business stays, or small families looking for a relaxing home away from home. As you walk through the front door, you are welcomed into a bright open-plan kitchen and living area. The living room features a lovely comfortable sofa which can also be pulled out into a double bed if needed, making the space flexible for additional guests. Relax and unwind in front of the 55-inch Smart TV, or enjoy a drink and snacks using the versatile footstool which doubles as a convenient coffee table. A side table with a lamp creates a warm and cosy atmosphere in the evenings. Leading through to the bedroom, you’ll find a comfortable double bed designed to provide a restful night’s sleep after a busy day exploring or working nearby. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, standard-height toilet, and a large sink with mirror, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are also built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space for suitcases and bags, along with hanging space for clothes and drawers for any additional belongings, helping you feel settled and organised throughout your stay. Located just off the M1, the annex is ideally situated for easy travel while still offering a peaceful and comfortable place to relax. Guest access Guests have access to a private parking space located between the holly hedges and the annex, making parking easy and convenient during your stay. You will find the private entrance to the annex located at the side of the property. Please note there is one step up into the annex when entering. Other things to note We are a family home with two young children, two dogs, and a cat, so there may occasionally be a little activity and noise around the property during the day. That said, we make every effort to ensure our guests’ privacy is respected at all times and to maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment throughout your stay.
