It's the perfect retreat for a romantic getaway for two, an active vacation, or undisturbed relaxation in the middle of nature at the foot of the Ore Mountains. Imagine this: in the morning, you wake up to the sound of a river, with a coffee in your hand, you look out the window directly at the water's surface, and in the evening, you spend time under the stars in a unique atmosphere of absolute peace. Other things to note Perfect outdoor comfort: 🌄 A pleasant terrace with seating is waiting for you right by the cottage. Wrap yourself in a blanket with a book or just enjoy the view from the hanging swing egg that you're guaranteed to fall in love with. Then you can spend your evenings by the small fire pit – whether you're roasting marshmallows or just watching the flames to the sound of the flowing river. For active relaxation and nature lovers: 🌊 The Ohře River right outside: A favorite river for kayakers and fishermen flows right by us. You can just sit on the shore, cast a line, or go out on the water. 🧗 A climber's paradise: Do you love heights? Just a short distance from us, you'll find the popular Perštejnské skály, which offer great terrain for both beginners and experienced climbers. 🚴 Hiking and cycling: The beautiful surrounding nature is criss-crossed with trails suitable for hiking or cycling. 🏊 Summer refreshment: On hot days, you'll appreciate the nearby swimming pool right in Perštejn. What to see and experience nearby: 🍻 Perštejn Brewery: After your trip, you can't miss the renowned local brewery Chalupník in Perštejn, where you can taste great craft beer and have a delicious meal. 🏰 Klášterec nad Ohří (5 minutes by car): The royal town just around the corner, which attracts visitors with its beautiful castle surrounded by a large English park and a pleasant spa area (Lázně Evženie). Don't forget to visit the modern Café Korek with its excellent coffee and snacks. ⛲ Karlovy Vary (approx. 35 km / 35 min by car): The ideal destination for a half-day trip. Stroll along the famous colonnades of the world-renowned spa town, taste the springs and hot waffles. 🏰 The ruins of Hasištejn Castle (about 15 minutes by car): Romantic ruins of a medieval castle hidden in the woods above the valley of the Prunéřovský Stream, from which there is a beautiful view of the landscape. 🏛️ The Royal Town of Kadaň (about 15 minutes by car): Visit the picturesque historic center with the narrowest street in the Czech Republic, the Franciscan monastery, or take a walk along the Ohře River on the beautiful Maxips Fík embankment. ⛰️ Keilberg and the heart of the Ore Mountains (about 30 minutes by car): The highest mountain in the Ore Mountains offers amazing views. In summer, it's a paradise for hikers and cyclists (including the great Trail Park), and in winter, for skiers. Practical information (Transport and parking): 🚗 No matter how you get here, the journey will be worry-free. If you arrive by car, you can park conveniently right by the accommodation, so you won't have to carry your suitcases for a long time and you'll have your car in sight throughout your stay. 🚅 Do you prefer to travel without a car? No problem! The train station is just a short distance from us (a 5-minute walk), so your adventure can begin as soon as you get off the train.
