The space This two-story townhome offers a spacious and comfortable layout, perfect for families and groups. As you enter the home, you'll find the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and inviting living room, creating an open space for gathering and relaxing. Also on the main level are the first bedroom and a full bathroom for added convenience. Upstairs, you'll be welcomed by a second living area featuring a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations. This level also includes two additional bedrooms and a second full bathroom, providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone in your group. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home and garage during their stay. Other things to note Granite Point Court is a quiet community made up of both full-time residents and vacation homes. We kindly ask that you help us be good neighbors by observing the posted residential speed limits and respecting quiet hours during your stay. Please park only in the garage, driveway, or directly in front of our home. Do not park in front of neighboring properties or block access to driveways. We also ask that you respect our neighbors' privacy by remaining on our property and refraining from entering or walking onto neighboring lots.
