This beautiful three bedroom duplex is centrally located in South Broadripple (SoBro). Enjoy a short walk to local eateries and shops, a run or bike ride on the Monon trail, or a 10min car ride to the heart of downtown. Butler's Campus is only one mile away from the home. The Children's Museum, State Fairgrounds, and the Indianapolis Art Museum are all within a 5 mile radius of our home. The space This large duplex, originally constructed in 1910, is full of old charm with modern amenities and mid-century decor. This side is a massive 2000 sq ft of living space including original hardwood floors, a fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in nook, a dining room with space for 8, a living room with a large sectional and lounge chairs, as well as a sunroom that bathes in natural light. Three large bedrooms are located upstairs and come equipped with queen beds. A full bath is located on the second floor and includes a tub/shower combo to accommodate bathing the little ones. Finally, there is a large fenced in backyard area that is shared with the other side of the duplex that includes a fire pit, plus table and chairs, as well as a gas grill that can be utilized by guests. Walk to some of the best eating in the city, live music, coffee houses, bars, bakeries, record stores, vintage and antique shops. 30 minutes to airport, 10 to the heart of downtown. Other things to note PETS Furry friends are welcome at The Retreat provided guests do not allow pets on the furniture and pick up after them in the backyard. And as a courtesy, be sure to escort your pets when they go outside to do their business or play fetch with the plentiful sticks in the backyard.
