The whole farm just for you. Two houses, a common room and outdoor wellness - without sharing with strangers. Surrounded only by fields, forest and the quiet of the area below Monínec, yet an hour by car from Prague. Coffee on the terrace in the morning, children on the playground and in the pool, sauna, hot tub and fireplace in the evening. The whole family and a large group can gather here - comfortably 16 beds plus two cots. My family and I renovated the farmhouse down to the stone - wood, vaulted ceilings, warm colors. So that you can live here like at home, not like in a rental. Come and unwind. The space Large house — three bedrooms, 12 beds, each bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Fireplace, shared kitchen and French doors leading directly to the playground. Small house — bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, living room with a fireplace stove, private kitchen and bathroom. Peace and quiet away from the big party. A common room under a vaulted ceiling — a long table for the whole group, a large kitchen, billiards, darts, a pipe and a projector. Children's corner with a teepee for the little ones. Outside: a swimming pool with a stone waterfall (a shallow wading area for children and a deep section), a barrel sauna, a hot tub, sun loungers and two terraces. Children's playground with a slide, sandpit, swing, grill and fire pit with seating. In season, you can pick fresh fruit right in the garden. Capacity: 16 beds + 2 cribs. Parking in the yard for up to 12 cars. Guest access The entire property is all yours — both houses, the common room, and the outdoor wellness area. You won't meet any strangers here. The property is fenced, and you can keep an eye on the children and the pool from the terrace and the deck chair. The price includes the entire furnished farmhouse, all activities, wellness (sauna, hot tub, swimming pool with waterfall), parking, bed linens and towels. Other things to note We are in Měšetice near Sedlec-Prčice, in the landscape of Český Merán — a basin, forests, ponds and the hills of the Jistebnická vrchovina. Less than 10 km away is the Monínec resort: ski slopes and cross-country skiing in winter, and the Activity Park and the most modern bobsled track in the Czech Republic in summer. Sedlec-Prčice with its square and stone bridge is also nearby, and you can take a trip to Konopiště, Český Šternberk, or Tábor. You can reach us from Prague in about an hour (~80 km on the D3 towards Tábor).
