Villa MijoMare, a luxury villa with a private pool located in the peaceful village of Vinovac, in the Dalmatian hinterland, just 12 km from the beautiful beaches and the center of Primošten. Surrounded by nature and greenery, the villa offers the perfect combination of privacy, comfort, and modern luxury. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool with a sun deck, a jacuzzi, two saunas, equipped gym, and a game room for both children and adults. Location is ideal for exploring Central Dalmatia. The space We welcome you to our spacious villa, ideal for families and larger groups who want a blend of comfort, rest and active vacation. Upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and access to a balcony, providing guests with privacy and a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, a spacious living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen awaits you, with everything you need for a carefree stay, including a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and other kitchen equipment. There is also a fifth bathroom on the same level. For entertainment and relaxation, we have prepared a rest room with PlayStation 5, while the ground floor has billiards, magnetic chess and board games, including cards. Outdoors, guests can enjoy football, darts and badminton. Sports enthusiasts have access to a fully equipped gym with King Box cage, olympic rod, giryas, single-handed weights, Pilates sticks, balls and exercise mats. A special experience is provided by a wellness area with two types of saunas. You can choose an infrared sauna that works at approximately 60°C or a Finnish sauna that reaches temperatures above 90°C, depending on your preferences. The large wood-burning fireplace is equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare food. For guests who prefer simpler grilling, a gas grill is available for hire by prior arrangement. The outdoor pool is approximately 40m² and 155cm deep and gets sun all day. Next to the pool is a separate room with cozy ambient lighting that houses a heated hot tub for five – the perfect place to relax at any time of the day. All rooms are air conditioned and free high-speed wifi is available throughout the villa. Our villa is designed to provide every guest with the utmost comfort, privacy, and a rich selection of amenities for an unforgettable vacation.
