Tiny home in Marshland Saint James

A comfy tailor- made lodge within a secluded private garden not far from Kings Lynn. We live here with our (now only 1)dog who loves to bark and greet guests (although very friendly). A great place for wildlife and birdwatching with Welney Wildfowl Centre just 14 miles away and Hunstanton and Blakeney Point seal watching on the north coast. Kings Lynn offers history and shopping. As there is no shop in our vicinity you will find milk, bread and some basic essentials on your arrival. The space Fully equipped self-contained unit with everything you need for a lovely stay. You have your own key so you can come and go as you please and when you return from your adventures you can shut your door and appreciate total privacy -or maybe sit outside with a glass of wine on a warm evening -the nearest pub is 3 miles away so maybe a drop-off at the off-licence on the way back after your adventures? Guest access Guest are welcome to make use of garden space including outside dining and charcoal BBQ. You may encounter the dog but she is totally harmless! Although breakfast is listed as included we have found guests prefer to cook their own at a time to suit them. We do provide cereals, bread, milk and, if required, sausages, bacon, eggs etc for you to cook your own - please request before your stay. Other things to note Regrettably we can only accept adults as it is not suitable for children or pets (unfenced pond in the garden).
