With a spacious living area, 40” Smart TV and USB sockets placed around the cottage . Here you will find a well-equipped kitchen including a fridge freezer, microwave and a dishwasher. Upstairs there is a beautifully presented bedroom, with a King size bed with a luxury mattress for a comfortable sleep ,dresser and smart TV. Bathroom with a shower cubicle and powerful Mira shower and tower rail. Downstairs there is a twin bed room with smart TV with a large en-suit bathroom with a powerful Mira shower. You can rest assured that you will have all the amenities you could need during a self-catering break. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot can be provided. washing essentials , coffee , tea, milk are all provided. Enclosed back courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ. Parking: There is no parking at Bensons Gem Cottage but you can drive up for loading and unloading your luggage etc. As you will appreciate Whitby in peak periods is extremely busy and parking can be a hassle! In some cases the nearest public car park to Bensons Cottage may be a 15 minute walk away. There is free parking close by along Church Street past the Fleece Public House but you would be lucky depending on what time of day you arrive. There is also a Pay and Display car park opposite The Endeavour Public House on Church Street. Long Stay parking is available over the bridge at Endeavour Wharf (opp. Co-op/Trenchers). The permits are transferrable between all SBC (Scarborough Borough Council) car parks so if you have a day at Robin Hoods Bay or Scarborough etc. The same permit can be used at no extra cost!
