Close to the train station with perfect connections to Berlin (approx. 50 minutes to Ostkreuz), the city center and all locations of the University "Viadrina". The space The new wooden floor and the historic coffered doors give the apartment a warm and bright atmosphere. In the large and fully equipped kitchen-living room, you have plenty of space and the opportunity to cook and sit. From there you also have access to the very spacious balcony (8 m²), which faces the quiet and green backyard. The bright daylight bathroom with bathtub and the living room with sofa bed and cozy, breathable pad (120x200) as well as TV, DVD player and soundbar, all offer the opportunity to relax and rest. **Since January 2022, the entire apartment including bedroom is available. Extra bedding is provided separately without the use of the high bed level in a 140 x 200 cm bed. I only lock my private room for the time of my absence. ***From January 2022 the entire apartment is available*** Other things to note PARKING: In the street itself, parking is free for only two hours. Not far from the apartment on "Finkenheerder Straße," however, parking along the street and in the parking lot there is free.
