The apartment has a spacious living room, with an open plan kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and a mountain corner with bunk beds, 2 shower rooms, 2 WCs, one of which is separate, a dressing room and a ski cupboard. On the sunny terrace, you can have your meals, have a barbecue, and relax in a sun lounger. Recently renovated, this non-smoking apartment is equipped with all comforts. Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price in all seasons. In winter, bed linen and towels are also provided: you will find your beds made on arrival. In winter, you put your skis on at the door (and you come back to the apartment on skis). The slopes rise to about a hundred metres and radiate in all directions. The resort of Samoëns 1600 is located in the heart of the Grand Massif ski area (http://hiver.grand-massif.com), renowned for its 265 km of slopes (of all levels) and its excellent snow cover. The ESF and the Piou-piou club are less than 5 minutes away (by foot, shuttle or ski). In summer: coolness guaranteed! There is no heat wave at an altitude of 1600 metres where temperatures are 6 degrees lower than in the valley... The apartment is ideally located for hikers, VVT enthusiasts and paragliders. Hiking trails pass in the immediate vicinity and you are about 100 metres from the paragliding take-off site of the Plateau des Saix. In the heart of the mountain pastures, near the forest and a nature reserve, you can enjoy the wildlife (roe deer come to graze nearby), the countless flowers in June-July and the picking of blueberries in August. You can also enjoy sumptuous sunsets, as the small resort of Samoens 1600 is located on a summit, with a magnificent 360-degree view of the surrounding valleys and mountains. The village of Samoens also offers a multitude of activities, particularly whitewater sports. In season, you can access Club Med (located nearby) and enjoy its facilities (swimming pool, gym, sauna, hammam, and outdoor jacuzzi), its restaurant and entertainment for a daily fee. To be noted: - A deposit of 1000 euros is required. - Linen and bath towels are included during the winter season only. From about 20 April until the beginning of the Christmas holidays, however, this service can be provided; the quote is then modified: it includes an additional 100 euros per stay. - The cleaning of the apartment follows the official anti-COVID protocol. - From summer 2023, anti-COVID cleaning will be offered as an option.
