cosy country cottage on farm

our area is such a visually beautiful place, we have the river running through the valley, in the morning you hear the birds, at night the owls, there are nice places to walk, including the queen victoria river walk, she stayed in the local hall The space Cosy recently renovated delightful cottage next to the farm house All of our prices include all bedding, towels, and electric, There is a wood burning Stove in the living area, Our quaint little cottage has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed The cottage has full central heating. The bathroom has a bath with full flow shower over it, The kitchen area has a cooker microwave kettle toaster etc, Our lounge area has really comfy seating for 4 people, a tv/dvd player, internet/wifi access There is lots of parking space directly outside the cottage. We have an outside seating area for sunny days, This quaint little cottage is being offered at a reduced rate as the outside garden area is not yet fully completed, please see our pictures, This in no way detracts from the beauty and character of this lovely cottage, only been on the holiday rental market a short time and already we have so many repeat bookings, Please feel free to make any enquiries, we are always happy to answer any questions prior or after your booking Please note! we only list the cottage as unsuitable for children, as we have a pond on the farm, and a wood burning stove in the cottage. but we have had lots of children come to stay with us, Guest access You are more than welcome to potter about the old farm, although one building is in a some what delapidated state, most of our guests say this adds so much to the character of the place Other things to note all our sheds / barns are full to overflowing with all manner of things which we have for sale as we try to clear out the barns, a huge amount of this is left over from when my husband retired , some guests have spent most of a day searching though things,
