The stylish living area invites you to socialize in the evening with a cozy couch. The best entertainment is guaranteed by a large flat-screen TV. In addition, free Wi-Fi access is available for normal use. The adjoining dining area offers enough space for shared meals. The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with a 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Small technical appliances such as a kettle, toaster and coffee machine are at your disposal. In the first bedroom, a comfortable double bed with two mattresses (each 100 x 200 cm) welcomes you for a restful night's sleep. The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm each). A large wardrobe and bedside tables provide ample storage space for your holiday luggage. A flat-screen TV provides late-night entertainment. Pleated blinds serve as a privacy screen in the front bedroom and bathroom. The daylight bathroom is bright and cozy, modernly designed and has a walk-in shower, toilet, bathtub, vanity unit with sink, large illuminated mirror, cosmetic mirror and hairdryer. The bathroom is tiled. The living and sleeping rooms are equipped with a noble tiled floor and underfloor heating provides cozy warmth throughout the "Sun" area. If your laundry has become wrinkled in the suitcase – no problem. An ironing board and an iron are available in the storage room. Pets are allowed in the entire area. A parking space at your disposal free of charge. For electric vehicles there is a charging station, the price per kWh is 40 cents - please contact us if necessary on arrival. In a quiet residential area is the newly built house with 4 areas on a 700 m² property. The south-east orientation of the house offers plenty of sun on the 15 m² balcony overlooking the countryside in fine weather. A walk to the Baltic Sea beach about 3 km away is worth it in any weather. Golf lovers will get their money's worth in just 4 minutes on foot. The 18-hole championship course leaves nothing to be desired! Dear guests, in order for our outdoor facilities to continue to have a well-kept image for you and due to the ever longer periods of heat, it may be necessary to "mow the lawn" or "water the trees" during your stay.
