The Annexe at Alcester Heath Farm is a self-contained two-bedroomed flat with incredible countryside views just outside the beautiful market town of Alcester. Just 20 minutes from Stratford-upon-Avon, with all its attractions and facilities, this accommodation is well equipped, and ideal for country walks and enjoying the Warwickshire countryside. With two bedrooms and a sofa-bed, we can accommodate up to four people. The space Alcester Heath Farm dates back to the 17th Century, and is located about a mile outside of the historic market town of Alcester. The Annexe is a self-contained first-floor flat, built about 14years ago, to the rear of the farmhouse. The owners lived in The Annexe during the renovation of the farmhouse and are now offering it as a holiday let. The Annexe has a well equipped kitchen, an adjoining lounge area and two separate bedrooms. A spacious shower-room and separate WC complete the first floor accommodation. On the ground floor is a utility room with freezer and washing machine. Equipment includes a built-in oven, a microwave, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine and a large screen television. Broadband internet is available. There are numerous public footpaths in the locality, and the accommodation is ideal for walkers. There are plenty of walks available directly from the property. We welcome well behaved dogs - there is fenced-in garden area, and you can use our one-acre paddock. The accommodation is ideal for up to four people. There is a double bed in one room, a three-quarters sized bed in the second bedroom, and a double sofa-bed in the lounge. In good weather, you can enjoy the views from the outside table and chairs in the garden. Ideal for al-fresco dining! Guest access The Annexe is completely self-contained, with its own entrance, parking and keylock. You also have access to our one-acre paddock to exercise yourselves and your dog (if you have one). Feel free to enjoy the views from the outside table and chairs in the fenced-off garden area adjacent to the accommodation. Other things to note The Bear’s Barn: we have recently converted the barn next to the Annexe, and this is also available on Airbnb. It’s a spacious, one-bedroomed, open plan property with original features and a wood burner. If you only require one bedroom – you may want to check it out. Plus, if both properties are available, you could book both in order to accommodate more people. Please message me if you have any questions. EV Charger: we have an Ohme EV charger attached to our house, and can offer guests overnight electric vehicle charging subject to prior arrangement. There will be a charge (no pun intended) for this.
