Cosy, 2 bedroom, dog friendly Norfolk cottage

A dog-friendly family cottage in rural Norfolk, perfectly placed for beaches, country walks and North Norfolk adventures. Sleeps two adults and two children Welcomes one or two dogs free of charge Enclosed front garden and rear courtyard Board games for the family to enjoy Log burner Views out over the village green Around 25 minutes to Wells-next-the-Sea or Holkham Close to Castle Acre, Sandringham, Great Massingham and Fakenham so great for exploring. 5 great pubs within a 10 minute drive The space You enter at the front door straight into the lounge with 2 comfy sofas and a log burner and tv on the wall. Through the lounge is a kitchen diner with a table for 4. The kitchen is fairly modern with kettle, oven, hob and fridge. Beyond the kitchen is the courtyard which is enclosed and has a table and 4 chairs where you can sit in the evening under the fairy lights. Upstairs we have the bathroom on the right with bath and electric shower. The second room on the right is the kids room with bunk beds. On the left is the main bedroom with king sized bed which over looks the green. The front garden is fenced with grass and a gate to keep dogs in. Parking is on the lane next to the Green opposite the house. It’s a quiet road.
