With 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms, there's plenty of room & privacy for everyone. The open concept is sure to provide fun conversations & create warm memories. Did we mention the location? Grapevine has it all! Near the airport, lake, downtown & all major highways - smack dab in between Dallas & Ft Worth, this is your perfect spot! The space This beach-themed townhouse is in a residential neighborhood. Absolutely no parties allowed. Families are welcome! Upstairs has a master with a king bed and private bath, plus another room with a queen bed and hall bath. Downstairs has the 3rd bedroom with a double bed and twin-size trundle bed, plus another hall bath. The house has a 2-car carport in back and street parking in front. There's a private pool operated by the HOA, which is open from Memorial Day til Labor Day. Additionally, there's a ballfield, park, spraygrounds, tennis courts, and public pool w/ water slide right across the street, and the lake is just a few blocks away. You can't beat the location. Downtown Grapevine, DFW Airport, and Gaylord Hotel are also very close. Guest access The digital keypad lock is on the back door, so you'll want to park in the carport in the alley. Other things to note The house has wifi and 3 TVs. Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, linens, beach towels, bath towels, etc, are all included. Only a starter supply of all papergoods is provided to get you through the first day. We also provide coffee (K-cups), tea and sugar for the first morning.
