The approx. 50 m² apartment in the Aparthotel Kleinwalsertal combines the best of both worlds: the privacy of your own holiday apartment with the practical inclusive services of a well-equipped hotel. Ideal for anyone who wants to combine nature, relaxation and an active holiday. You can expect a well-appointed flat with a cosy living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and sleeping arrangements for two to – depending on your desired level of comfort – four people. The apartment has two fixed beds and an additional sofa bed in the living area. This makes it particularly comfortable for two people. For small families or friends, the sofa bed offers an additional sleeping option – depending on the desired level of comfort (160x200 cm lying surface). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and is well suited for self-catering – from breakfast to a shared evening meal. The living and dining area invites you to relax, play and sit together. (Other kitchen appliances such as a fridge, cooker/hob, portable oven and microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, hand blender) Dogs are also welcome. To ensure that all guests feel comfortable in the building, we ask that you please be considerate when using the apartment and the aparthotel. Particularly practical: many of the hotel's amenities are included in the stay – Wi-Fi, swimming pool with bubble bench and spacious lounging area included. Terrace, sauna and infrared cabin with relaxation area, indoor playground, ball sports hall, ski storage room and the lift in the hotel. This ensures variety and relaxation even in bad weather, after skiing or during an active summer holiday. Other facilities offered by the hotel can be used or booked for a fee, subject to availability: the Sky Spa wellness area, the gym, massages, and the bowling alley with billiards and darts. Please note that these services are not automatically included in the price of the accommodation. You will also find pay-per-use washing machines and dryers in the basement. Guest access Guests have access to the entire holiday apartment as well as to the included areas of the aparthotel (swimming pool, sauna, indoor playground, ball sports hall, ski storage room, lift). The underground car park and all other areas can only be used after collecting the keys from reception. Other things to note You must bring your own bed linen and towels, toilet paper and kitchen items (sponges, cloths, etc.). Alternatively, bed linen can be borrowed from the aparthotel for a fee (€18.00 per set plus a deposit). The cleaning fee (€50) and the tourist tax (€4.40 per person per night for guests aged 14 and over until 31/11/26 inclusive, and €4.70 from 01/12/26) are not included in the price and will be charged separately! In summer, the Unlimited mountain railway is included – ideal for anyone who wants to explore the Kleinwalsertal and the surrounding mountains in a comfortable and active way. Use is subject to the applicable terms and conditions. After booking, I need your full name and a valid email address so that you can register for your stay and the Allgäu Walser Pass. This is your bus ticket for the valley and, in summer, also your mountain railway ticket. You can either carry the pass with you digitally in the app or in printed form. It is valid from the first day of your stay.
