Newly renovated house is from the 19th century in the lush village of Fournes, next to the river Keritis, with a clear view of the White Mountains of Crete. It is located at the root of the White Mountains, on the road toward the Omalos Mountain Range where the largest and most spectacular gorge of Europe, The Samaria Gorge sits, just 22km away. It is right in the heart of many mountaineering expeditions and near many outstanding coastal areas including the touristic town of Platanias. The space Fournes is only 14km from Chania city center, 30 km from the airport and 19km from the port of Souda Bay. The house has on the ground floor, the kitchen, dining room, living room and a bathroom. There is a wood burning stove, satellite TV and wifi internet. The loft has one double bed, and one single bed. There is one air condition. Also there is a roof window facing the beautiful view for those romantic times. The exterior of the house has a courtyard with flowers and herbs facing the majestic lush White Mountains. There are also two sunbeds for lounging in the sun and an outdoor shower to cool off. There is a welcome basket with local traditional products given to each guest. The bedsheets, towels and bathroom products will be changed every three days. Registration Details 00001072147
