Charming house near the beach, nature and golf

Treat yourself to an unforgettable vacation in our amazing cottage in Vilshärad. A 5-minute walk to the beach and 2-minute walk to the nature reserve. Over 1000 sqm garden perfect for families with children. Close to some of Sweden's best golf courses. Create memories for a lifetime! The space The house is 60 sqm with two bedrooms (one with a double bed and a crib, and one with a bunk bed). There is also a large glassed-in porch (with infrared heating, hammock, dining table etc) which is really lovely in spring and summer. The garden is lush, with a large lawn and several great places to sit, play football, kubb or just relax in the hammock. The robot lawn mower ensures that the grass is always in perfect condition. Guest access The small wooden sheds in the garden will be locked, as we use them to store gardening tools and so on. But you will receive a key to these spaces if you need to access anything there. There is also a guest cottage with 2 beds, please ask if you need to use it and we can arrange that for you. Bedsheets and towels are not included (sorry, but we are not able to wash between guests). Other things to note - The kitchen and living room were renovated in 2019 - The bedrooms were renovated in 2020 - The toilet was renovated in 2021 - A new exterior door, code lock and flooring were installed in 2022 - There is a fireplace with cassette in the middle of the living room.
