A modern, compact bathroom features a sleek vanity and a glass-enclosed shower. Step outside to the shared garden and indulge in the pool, complete with a soothing hydromassage area, offering a perfect spot to unwind and relax. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio space, along with shared use of the garden and pool area, including the hydromassage feature. Other things to note You will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Note: This apartment is for short-term rental. It is not available for tourist purposes. A signed contract is required. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
