The Rosenhill Country House

Welcome to Rosenhill Country House, a place for recovery, nature experiences and slow days in the borderland between Halland and Småland. Leave the city's pace behind and arrive at a charming American-style house from the 1920s. From the veranda, you step out into a vibrant garden with rose bushes, perennials, fruit trees, and berry bushes. Bees, bumblebees and butterflies thrive among the flowers. Deer and moose appear at dusk. Kites and buzzards soar over the fields. A place to return to. The space The kitchen has a smaller refrigerator, while a large refrigerator and freezer are easily accessible in the basement. Washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. Bathroom with shower and toilet + separate guest WC. Three bedrooms, one of which is accessed through the other two. Water comes from our own well and is of high quality. Garbage sorting according to the municipality's regulations, which are described in the property. Guests can borrow the equipment available, such as rubber boots, rain gear, games, barbecue, etc. Do you need more space? On the property, there is also a charming guest house from the 1800s for three additional people. Guest access Within walking distance of the property is a farm hotel with an associated restaurant. A short drive away, there is a game shop with food service. Several nice swimming and fishing lakes are only 15–30 minutes from Rosenhill Country House. Enjoy sandy beaches, clear water and great opportunities to fish for pike, perch and pike-perch. Stora Färgen, Fegen and Skärshultssjön are especially recommended. For nature lovers, Draven's nature reserve awaits with its rich birdlife, as does Store Mosse National Park with its vast marshes, winding streams and a sense of wilderness. The area is also great for exploring by bike. A trip to Simlångsdalen offers lakes, forests and beautiful roads through the Halland landscape. For those who appreciate culture and design, Värnamo is within reach. Visit Vandalorum, an internationally acclaimed museum of art, architecture and design, or discover Källemo and the Swedish furniture tradition.
