It will help make your stay as easy and comfortable as possible. 🐾 Travelling With Your Dog We love welcoming four-legged family members to Tropicana Country Escape. 🐶🤎 To help us keep our home clean, beautiful and comfortable for everyone, we kindly ask that dogs are not permitted on the sofas or beds under any circumstances. Please bring your pet’s own bed or blanket and help us take care of the furniture and the property throughout your stay. Thank you for respecting our home and helping us keep it beautiful for everyone who visits. 🌿 ⚠️ Outdoor Dishwasher – Please Do Not Use In the outdoor area at the back of the house, you will notice a dishwasher with a plant on top. Please note that this dishwasher is not operational and is currently only being used as a stand for the plant. Please do not attempt to turn it on or use it, as the appliance is broken. Thank you for your understanding. 🙏 🕚 Check-Out Instructions Check-out time is 11:00 AM. Stay in the peaceful countryside while still being close to everything the Cassowary Coast has to offer. 📍 INNISFAIL — approx. 13 minutes Your closest town for supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, fuel and supplies. Take some time to explore Innisfail’s beautiful Art Deco town centre and riverfront. 💦 JOSEPHINE FALLS One of the region’s must-see waterfalls, surrounded by World Heritage rainforest. Enjoy the short rainforest walk, viewing platforms and designated swimming areas. Perfect for a refreshing tropical adventure. 🌿 BABINDA BOULDERS Beautiful clear freshwater, enormous granite boulders and lush rainforest. A wonderful spot for swimming in the designated area, picnics and rainforest walks. 🐦 ETTY BAY A gorgeous rainforest-fringed beach and one of the best-known places in the region to spot wild cassowaries. Keep your camera ready, but always admire these incredible birds from a safe distance. 🏖️ MISSION BEACH Make a day of it! Explore palm-fringed beaches, cafés, restaurants and local shops, take a coastal or rainforest walk, or simply spend the day relaxing by the ocean. Mission Beach is also a gateway to island and Great Barrier Reef adventures. 🏰 PARONELLA PARK & MENA CREEK FALLS Discover one of North Queensland’s most unique attractions — historic castle ruins, tropical gardens, bridges and the beautiful Mena Creek Falls. A lovely half-day experience and especially magical later in the day. 🌳 MAMU TROPICAL SKYWALK Experience the Wet Tropics rainforest from above with elevated walkways and an observation tower overlooking the incredible landscape. 🥾 NANDROYA FALLS For those looking for a little more adventure, take a beautiful rainforest hike through Wooroonooran National Park to Nandroya Falls.
