Comfortable accommodation for up to 4 people in a clean apartment on the "Elbe Cycle Route" (Elberadweg, EuroVelo7), in a small village, by the historic town of Mělník. !!! Only 40 min drive to PRAGUE centre (30 mins to P+R, Metro). PERFECT FOR: - adventurers cycling along the Elbe river - motorised travellers that wish to explore the beautiful Prague as well as other less famous but no less beautiful parts of Bohemia. - HIKING, BIKING, RUNNING, IN-LINE SKATING, SWIMMING, FISHING &RELAXING The space Guests enjoy COMPLETE PRIVACY in my apartment. Even though the apartment is a part of my house, it is completely separate from my living quarters. It has a SEPARATE ENTRANCE and a CAR PARKING space directly in front of its windows (more parking spaces are available 50m from the apartment). If the guests are travelling by BICYCLES they can park them (charge them up) on a designated area inside the apartment. The apartment is a 40 m2 room with beautiful vaulted ceilings. This space is divided into 2 areas - the main LIVING SPACE with 2 single beds (90 cm wide), a sofa bed (140 cm wide double bed), a fully equipped KITCHEN (never empty fridge ;) , cooker, oven, utensils), dining table&chairs and a BATHROOM with a shower, toilet and a sink. The VIEW from the apartment is through 3 pear trees onto a large field. This view too can be enjoyed from a wooden bench in front of the apartment (inside the apartment there are also a little table & folding chairs that can be taken outside in order to make a nice OUTDOOR SEATING space) I put a lot effort in keeping the place clean & cosy because I want every single of my guests to feel comfortable, relaxed and homey. Come and „czech“ it out, you are always welcome! :) Guest access Guest staying for 7+ nights also have an access to our garden/seating area (but please be aware that we have 2 dogs and a cat who will probably try to find a way to interact with you). If you are interested in the garden access facet please mention it in your booking/enquiry - there might be circumstances preventing the garden access) Other things to note Dear travelers, due to the fact that the current Putin's Russia's brutal attack on Ukraine displaced many people we are offering our apartment to refugees coming from Ukraine. Therefore I apologise if I am not able to accept or will have to cancel your booking - the apartment is currently not occupied but has been listed with several refugee helping organizations. As soon as I receive a request from them I will amend the calendar accordingly, and I will prioritize the refugees to any potential bookings. Thank you for understanding.
