OCCUPANCY - Min 2 / Max 4 adults For occupancy of 2 adults, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed is provided. But if u are a group of 4 adults, 1 bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed and 1 single bed in hall is provided. The bunglow has 3 bedrooms, the other 2 will be inaccessible for guest booking a 1 bhk. All common areas remain accessible. The space "Prabhu Pakhar" is a Stand alone 3 bhk bunglow.. Located in the Heart of Chiplun city... surrounded by many shops and restaurants... and has a free parking space for 3 cars on ground floor and residence on 1st floor. Accessed through 1 stair case (Lift not available)... its a 3 bhk bunglow with 1 bedroom having an attached toilet and other 2 sharing a common toilet. 2 or 1 of these bedrooms will be kept locked and will be inaccessible for guest with 1 or 2 bhk booking. The kitchen has all the basic utensils and a gas connection in case u would like to cook. Tea, Coffee, Sugar and Salt is made available as a starting kit. Any extras can be purchased by the guest on their own. For additional comfort, Refrigerator, Mixer, hot water kettle, washing machine and Microwave, is available in house. Bed sheets and blankets will be changed every 4 days. In between, if needed, guests are free to wash and reuse them in the washing machine provided. Bath Soap, Towels and Shampoo will be provided. Please get any other things as per your requirement. The house is located in Residential Area... So, as per the House Rules - NO Smoking NO Alcohol NO visitors NO cooking of non vegetarian food NO Loud music and Parties Guest access Guest booking 1, 2 or 3 bhk are free to access all common areas like Living room, kitchen, front Terrace with swing, parking area with another swing and washing area with washing machine and sink and cloths drying facility. Entire property is accessible to our guests... except - Locked bedrooms of any depending on your category of booking, ground floor rooms, Pooja Mandir (Dev Ghar) and 2nd Floor terrace. Lift is NOT available.. and guest need to climb 2 staircases to reach the 1st floor . Other things to note Lift is NOT available.. and guest need to climb 2 staircases to reach the 1st floor . Power cuts are common in here. Monday is normally the scheduled day for cutoffs. We have an inverter on property. Also, emergency lights are made available. Candles will also be made available. As the bunglow is located inside the city, near to the main market, its surrounded by buildings on 3 sides, but the 1st floor open big balcony faces the road and you have a open view from here. Everything will be at walking distance for u due to the location advantage. There are mosquitos in Chiplun. Please keep the doors and windows closed... specifically between 6 pm to 8 pm. Mosquito repellent will be made available. The house is located in Residential Area...
