Alte Schule Hohenstein 1 - 2 bedrooms bedrooms (max 7 ppl).

For rent are 1 - 2 bed rooms (max 7 ppl. / 2nd room will be rented out 5 or more ppl) in our old village school in Hohenstein. The guest area consists of a private bathroom, guest kitchen and living room / kids play room. We (mum, dad, 4 year old) live upstairs but we do share the entrance of he house and our garden. In a few minutes walk you can visit the castle and it´s breathtaking views. Fairground, central station, airport and inner city (X-mas market) are app. 30 Min by car. The space The rooms for rent are in our old village school in Hohenstein. Our guests will enjoy two bedrooms, private bathroom (additional bathroom possible), fully equipped guest kitchen (additional kitchen possible) and big living room / kids play room. Only the entrance and the garden will be shared with the hosts. One room consists of king size bed and double Sleepcouch, the second room has a double bed and one single bed. 1 - 4 ppl -> 1 bedroom, 5 - 7 ppl -> 2 bedrooms or on request for additional cost Guest access Our guests have access to the separate guest area of our house. We only share the same entrance but we are living upstairs. The guest area includes guest kitchen, guest bathroom (additional bathroom or kitchen possible), dining area, living room / kids playroom as well as our garden / barbeque area / kids play area (outside area shared with us). There is also an Indoor Skate Miniramp During your stay We are working from home and therefore we are mostly around for all the guests needs. We speak german, english, spanisch and portuguese. Other things to note As one of us is mostly working from home, we are present mostly for all our guests needs and questions. We are happy to spend time with our guests. Activities, food or just hanging out together is therefore always a possibility but is up to our guests. We do have a 5 year old son who is happy to meet other kids to play and share his toys. Furthermore we do have a cat who can be seen outside - otherwise he is hanging out in our living space.
