About 80 sqm apartment, newly equipped and newly furnished, core renovated, modern and cozy; in a quiet south-facing location with a wonderful view, close to nature, yet shopping facilities within walking distance; spa area adjacent to the apartment with sauna, steam shower, massage and relaxation room; our accommodation has been awarded four stars The spa is to be booked and paid for separately. In summer, you can refresh yourself in our Kneipp facility. The space Living room without steps, direct contact person on site, central location to ski resorts and cross-country trails, personal information about activities and guided tours to local attractions, wellness area (for a fee) directly accessible, free Wi-Fi, kitchen with stove, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, microwave, egg cooker, coffee maker, kettle. In the living room, there is a TV. The area is very suitable for cycling. There are numerous forest trails where you can cycle to the Czech Republic or Austria. Bicycles can be rented on site for a fee. There is an e-charging station in the village. On numerous hiking trails, nature with its lush vegetation can be explored very well. In summer, you can refresh yourself in our Kneipp facility. Guest access The wellness area is accessible directly from the bedroom and is only for you. A very large terrace with a barbecue area awaits you, from which you can also enjoy the wonderful view. The sauna room is booked on site by arrangement and must be paid for separately. The booking of the wellness area costs for one evening (approx. 4 hours) is 28 euros. You can park your bikes in the courtyard. There you can also charge your electric car for 60 cents/kWh. However, access for lowered cars is not possible. Other things to note For our municipality of Neureichenau, there is a tourist tax of €1.50 per person per day. . Bedlinnen is available. No liability is assumed for illegal activities on the Internet as well as for personal valuables. There is a safe in the apartment where you can store it. One small dog is allowed. Extra charge is 13 euro per day and can be paid on site. The dog is not allowed in bed and must be treated with a remedy for ticks and fleas in summer. The paws, and if necessary, feet and belly, should be cleaned in the entrance area. The garden is fully fenced. If there is imminent danger to the building, such as fire, water damage or the like, the landlord reserves the right to enter the apartment even in the absence of the tenant.
