The space The Studio Layout Our premium annex is designed as a luxury, open-plan studio apartment that maximizes both style and comfort. The clever layout beautifully integrates your sleeping, dining, and cooking areas into one seamless, light-filled space, while maintaining a cozy and intimate atmosphere. Boutique Bedroom Zone: Relax on a premium mattress with sweeping, unobstructed views of the Malvern Hills framed perfectly by the window. You can literally watch the sunrise over the hills without leaving the comfort of your bed. Dedicated workspace area with Wifi facilities. Fully Equipped Kitchenette: A compact but mighty space containing every amenity needed for home cooking. It features a modern hob, refrigerator, microwave/grill, kettle, toaster and airfryer, alongside a full set of quality cookware, crockery, and utensils. Cozy Dining Area: A dedicated spot to sit back, enjoy your home-cooked meals, or map out your walking routes for the day over a fresh cup of coffee. Separate Shower Room: A pristine, modern, and private bathroom completely separate from the studio space. It features a powerful shower, plush towels, and complimentary essentials to refresh you after a long day on the hills. As an avid traveller who frequently visits India, I have filled the space with vibrant, handpicked elephant decor that brings warmth, texture, and character to the property. The walls also double as an exclusive gallery; I sell bespoke threadart from India and I am currently having custom textile pieces handmade specifically for this room. Guests will be among the very first to experience these intricate designs up close. Your Shared Garden Oasis Guests enjoy full access to our beautifully manicured, shared garden. This peaceful outdoor sanctuary is designed for ultimate relaxation. Whether you want to find a quiet corner to read a book, sip your morning coffee surrounded by nature, or enjoy an evening drink as the sun sets over the iconic landscape, the garden offers front-row seats to the best views in Malvern. Guest access Arrival & Smooth Check-In We want your arrival to be as seamless and stress-free as possible. The property features a secure, two-tier key system that offers the perfect balance of convenience, peace of mind, and total privacy. Shared Entrance & Boot Room: You will be provided with a key to our main shared entrance, which leads into a welcoming lobby and practical boot room. This is the perfect dedicated space to take off your walking boots, hang up heavy coats, and leave your outdoor gear after exploring the hills. Private Annex Entrance: From the lobby, you will use a second, separate key to access your completely private annex. Once inside, the entire studio apartment and shower room are entirely yours to enjoy, ensuring absolute privacy throughout your stay. Other things to note We are close to Malvern Showground approx 15 minute drive. Great Malvern is 10 minute drive and Worcester town centre approx 15 mins.
