The property's unique feature is its amazing wine cellar, perfect for romantic evenings, gatherings with friends, or solo "Degustators", and even for working! For families with children, a baby crib and rocking chair are provided. The apartment size is 85 square meters (including the wine cellar). The space The apartment features a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a charming corridor with Georgian-style wooden windows. There is one bathroom in the bedroom and an additional, seperate restroom for guests. The wine cellar offers a selection of wines, with the menu and prices provided to guests. Prices correspond to the prices of general wine stores in the city and the owners are not making any additional money on this amazing feature. Guest access The guests have access to the entire apartment including the wine cellar. The selection of wine bottles is listed in menu with its prices. Please note that the prices are retail-based and we do not profit from them. We stock the cellar in order for our guests to have easy access to the hand picked selection of Georgian wines. Other things to note Please note that the yellow couch has been replaced with a larger, foldable couch that can accommodate an additional person for sleeping.
