The interior of the building is uniformly decorated in a calm, retro style, allowing you to relax in a tranquil environment.There is also a cultural complex on the premises, which houses a café, a record store, a tableware boutique, a photo studio, and a gallery.The owner is a photographer, so he can also take photos to capture your travel memories. The space This facility is a guesthouse that accommodates multiple individuals or groups.The property also serves as an artist-in-residence (a base for artists to stay and create), so you will be sharing common areas with a variety of guests, including artists staying during your stay. Please make sure you fully understand the potential for interaction between guests and the shared-living aspect of the accommodation before booking. The cultural complex “For the Words to Come” is located on the premises. Entire building non-smoking: Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.Please use the designated outdoor smoking space for smoking. Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited. Nighttime conduct: As the surrounding area is a quiet residential neighborhood, please be quiet after 9:00 p.m.In addition, use of the outdoor area after 9:00 p.m. is prohibited. Nighttime access: When entering or exiting the building at night, please use the side entrance (designated access point) instead of the main entrance. Handling stains and damage: If the property is soiled due to vomiting caused by excessive drinking, etc., a special cleaning fee of 50,000 yen will be charged.
