Charming cottage on an old farm - close to nature & the city

Welcome to our little red cottage on a subdivided old Skåne farm – a charming and slightly different place for those who want to be close to nature but still have Hässleholm's center at a convenient distance. Here you stay in a unique courtyard with a beautiful cobblestone path, large trees and greenery. From your own patio, you can enjoy the tranquility while having nature just 150 meters away. Linen is included in the price. Ideal if you're going to work or vacation in the area for a week or a few weeks. The space The cabin accommodates up to four people and consists of a kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms and a completely private storage room. In the flea market room, there are things you can look at and buy if you find something you like – almost everything in the cottage is actually for sale. Guest access You have your own private patio and access to the lawn next to it. There is also a park just behind the cottage that you are welcome to use. Laundry room in a separate space adjacent to the home. Other things to note Despite the rural location, it is only about 2 km to central Hässleholm and about a 20–25 minute walk to restaurants. A larger grocery store is less than 2 kilometers away. Need to Know: • Bed linens are included in the price • Free parking in the yard • WiFi • Private patio • Nature begins about 150 meters from the cabin • The queen-size bed is best suited for one person • Space for up to 4 people The water heater is 35 liters. It allows two people max to shower after each other, then more hot water needs to be prepared. We share the courtyard with the cottage, but you have your own patio and your own accommodation. We also have a small dog and two cats who may show up and visit. Warm welcome to a place with a little more personality than a regular vacation home!
