We are delighted to welcome you to our three-bedroom home, which was renovated just a couple of years ago. With a modern kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, a cosy living area and a spacious garden, it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. Enjoy walks around Freshford, visit nearby Bath or Bradford on Avon, or discover local gems including Iford Manor Gardens, the American Museum & Gardens and National Trust properties. The space Sunnyside cottage is a 3 bedroom cottage, with access to Freshford’s endless beautiful walks and within walking distance of both the village pub and Iford Manor. The property includes three bedrooms - one master bedroom with an en suite as well as two double bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Downstairs, there is a cosy living room area with cottage features including a fireplace and beamed ceiling. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with a separate boot room/ utility between the kitchen and hallway. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. In the garden, we have outdoor seating and plenty of room to relax. You are also welcome to use our dedicated workspace annexe, which features a desk & desk chair for remote working. The train station is a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive and has a small car park with free parking. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property.
