Other things to note Just a friendly reminder of our house rules before your check-in: • Toilets: Please do not flush feminine products or wet wipes down the toilet. • Noise: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to respect our residential neighborhood. • Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A $500 penalty fee will apply for indoor smoking. You're welcome to smoke in the designated outdoor areas. • Lights & A/C: Whenever you head out to explore, please turn off all lights and air conditioners to help conserve energy. • Pets: Pets are not allowed. • Guest Count: If you haven't already, please confirm the full names and total number of guests included in your reservation. Only registered guests are permitted on the property. Unregistered guests may incur an additional fee of $50 per person, per night. • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 11:00 AM Early Check-in / Late Check-out If you need a little flexibility with your arrival or departure time, we'd be happy to accommodate you whenever our cleaning schedule allows. This optional service is available for a $50 fee. Timing: • Up to 1 hour early/late: 50% of the fee • Up to 2 hours early/late: Full fee • More than 2 hours: An additional night's stay will apply Lastly, please let us know your estimated arrival time so we can ensure everything is ready for your stay.
