Cozy awesome room on the BEST spot in de Koog

Bluebird house has 2 rooms inside our private home. The Blue room is a cozy, light room on the 1st floor, the bed is nice and soft and there is a table to eat breakfast or play a game! There is a bathroom that you'll share with us. Coffee and tea are available the entire day. Fancy a proper drink? The pubs are just around the corner! Tourist tax is 2.60 p.p.p.n. which needs to be paid in cash into the glass box on your table. No kids or animals allowed. The space The room is situated on the 1st floor, so walking stairs is unavoidable. The neighbours in the next room are guests too. Please take care with noises after 2300h and in the morning. You can use the washing machine or dryer for €3 per machine per wash, but only when we are home and when available. Towels and bedlinnen are free and provided. Guest access --> !!! There is NO PARKING available near the house or in our little street, but it is possible to quickly unload your luggage near the front door. For all parking info search for "Texelvignet". All rooms can be locked separately with separate keys. Guests can enter their own room and the shared bathroom (shared with us, the owners). You can find plates, cutlery, a shared mini fridge, coffee/tea and a microwave in the hallway. Do not monopolise the fridge, the other guests share it with you. During your stay We are abroad until mid june 2026. Co-hostess Jolijn lives in our house and has to honour to receive our guests :) After June 2026: We work a lot so we wont be home much. Chances are we won't even meet! Leave me a textmessage on my phone if you need me! If you really need me asap, check if I am at work at the Boardriders shop situated on the Dorpsstraat 4, just around the corner. Other things to note Attention! Tourist tax (€2,60 per person per night) has to be paid in cash, put it in the glass box on your table. This is also the case for people that live in the Netherlands. Washing machine and drier can be used for €3 per machine per washing. You will have other guests in the room right next to you. The walls are quite thin so please don't be loud or noisy after 2300 hours. There is a friendly dog in the house, he won't come into your room unless invited. Please DO NOT feed him.
