Are you looking for a quiet oasis with the forest around the corner, yet close to activities? Our cottage of about 35 sqm is located about 10 km from central Lycksele and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. Accommodation & sleeping places: Bedroom for 2 adults + 2 children + 2 in a sofa bed in the large room. Duvets and pillows are provided; bed linens/towels are available for rent. Bathroom: toilet, shower/bathtub Your own patio of about 25 sqm with outdoor furniture Cleaning instructions are available in the cabin. Failure to clean will result in a charge. The space THE SPACE & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The cottage is cleverly laid out and can accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children: The bedroom: A comfortable sofa bed for two people and two extra beds (bunk beds) that are perfect for children. Large room: A sofa bed for two people, equipped with extra mattresses for good comfort. BEDLINEN & TOWELS: Duvets and pillows are in place. Bed linens and towels are available. rent if you don't want to bring your own. FACILITIES & AMENITIES: Kitchen: Equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, stove with oven, microwave, percolator (coffee maker) and kettle. Fully equipped with: cutlery, glasses, plates, mugs, pots, etc. Yes, everything you need in a kitchen. WATER: Drinking water: There is fresh, cold drinking water in the kitchen faucet. Hot water: You can get hot water from the stainless steel bucket up in the bathroom. Of course, that works too Great for boiling water in the kettle or in a saucepan on the stove. Running water is available from the kitchen faucet from May to October. During the winter months, both hot and cold water can be easily obtained from the nearby the bathroom building. COZY FACTOR: There is a lovely stove to use for extra warmth and cozy evenings. ENTERTAINMENT & TECHNOLOGY: TV with Chromecast, wireless broadband (Wi-Fi) and board games for nice evenings. BATHROOM & LAUNDRY: In a separate, newly renovated/newly built building right next to the cottage, you will find the modern bathroom. FACILITIES: Toilet and shower in the bathtub. CLOTHING CARE: Washing machine and clothesline outside and drying rack in the bathroom. TRADITIONAL OUTDOOR TOILET: For those who want an extra charming and traditional experience, there is Also access to a cute outdoor toilet! OUTDOOR: Patio Private patio with outdoor furniture, cushions, and an umbrella. There is also a canopy to set up and a charcoal grill for wonderful barbecue evenings. Badminton and dartboard are available. BOATING & FISHING: There is a possibility to rent a boat for fishing. Life jackets are available to borrow – ask Just have us (the landlord) on site, and we'll arrange it! PARKING: Private parking is available right outside the cottage. SURROUNDINGS & SEASONS: Here you live with the forest just around the corner, perfect for relaxing walks. NATURE RESERVE: Don't miss visiting the beautiful nature reserves Gammplatsen and Mårdseleforsen close by - fantastic excursion destinations all year round for nature experiences, hiking and barbecuing. SUMMER: Perfect location for visiting Lycksele Zoo or Ansia Water Park. FALL: The forest is full of delicious berries and mushrooms. WINTER: You are close to the Lycksele ski slope for wonderful downhill skiing. Things to know We (the landlords) live in the house right next door. We are therefore close by if you have any questions or thoughts during your stay! Cleaning: Cleaning instructions are available in the cabin. We ask that you leave the cabin in the same good condition as you found it It. Failure to clean will be charged.
