Beautiful, spacious, bright and recently renovated apartment in Sofia in close proximity to the city centre. Very well connected via public transport, while situated in a quiet neighbourhood. Fully equipped with all the amenities you'd need to feel at home and enjoy your stay. Suitable for large groups, families with kids and business travelers. Close to grocery shops and a fruit and vegetables market just a minute away. We welcome you to our Burgundy apartment for delightful stay in Sofia. The apartment is spacious and bright, with an open space living room and dining area. It has a capacity of maximum 7 people: there are two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed for two, the other one has two single beds (and a third pull out single bed), and the living room’s sofa bed can fit two more people. The flat has a toilet and a bathroom (that also has a toilet). The kitchen is fully equipped with the appliances you’ll need to make breakfast, or cook a quick meal if you like. The kitchen and living room windows also unveil a beautiful view of Vitosha Mountain, which is located on the South outskirts of the capital. No pets are allowed in and no smoking is permitted indoors, but the flat has a private balcony where you can smoke if you like. The apartment has central heating, hot water and air conditioning (only in the living room) for the hot summer months, when opening a window doesn’t do the trick. The fireplace in the living room is purely decorative and is not to be used or started a fire in. The apartment is fully equipped with all of the below: • Free optical Wi-Fi • TV with cable TV and access to over 60 channels (access to Netflix upon request) • One car parking space outside the building (behind a locked gate) • Fresh ironed bed sheets and towels • Shampoo and shower gel • Hair dryer • Iron and an iron board • Dishwasher • Fridge • Oven • Ceramic hobs • Toaster • Kettle • Kitchen crockery and cutlery • A small child bed (cot) available upon request • Parking is free on the street The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a residential building and there is no lift in the building. Be mindful that no parties are to be held at the apartment as this is a residential building, so please be respectful of the neighbors. You will be able to check-in by yourselves.
