The space Our self contained Annex are walking distance from Tesco and Co-op, Fish and tackle shop, butchers, hairdressers, fish and chips and other local restaurants and a laundromats. We are walking distance to blackwater river, and horse shoe lake for kayaking. The Annex entire square footage is ground floor level. Its has one bedroom with a double bed that has an attached dressing room with a shower, sink and toilet. Entering out of the room through a panelled glass door you will go straight into the living room. The living room consist of a doublebsized sofabed that can be provided for additional guests There are 2 chairs that can recline. Theres is a TV and foldaway dining table with 4 chairs. We are happy to be of assistance to get the travelcot, sofabed, dining table set up as we appreciate that there are so many different types on the market these days. The living room and Kitchen is an open plan. The kitchen contains all the basic appliances eg fridge and stove and washing machine and because it is an open plan the living room will pick up slight noise and light coming from the kitchen. The Annex main entrance is from the back garden leading along the side of the house for private entry. Cars can be parked on the payment infront of the Annex. Guest access It’s a self contained Annex, with access from the side gate to the garden which leads to the second door between flowerpots on the left. The garden does have an outside dining areas if one wish to sit and soak up the sun Other things to note Guest should note that Uber services do not operate at this location and that local taxi services should be contacted. Able cars 07498506244 Solar panel light at the side path towards the Annex might be tempremental as they might not get fully charged, but we do have an electric light available at front and back and only require the button to be pushed in. PETS Allowed, Dogs and caged animals. If you have big dogs or small dogs, please keep dogs on a lead when they are in the garden, please note we have small dogs and young kids using the garden, please be considerate if you know your dog don't tolerate it, rather keep them indoors for that while or take them for a walk. Dog poo has to be picked up and placed in dog poo rubbish bin. Cage animals are not allowed to Rome around the Annex, to prevent damage.
