Our beautiful country estate is located quietly and undisturbed 10 km south of Aarhus C and is surrounded by fields and forests. The apartment is located on the ground floor in a cozy detached house and there is a private parking space by the house Bed linen and towels are included. Possibility to charge electric car with 11 kW electric car charger. The space The property is from 2016 and built in traditional country style and contains all the necessary facilities. The 35 m2 living room is bright and contains; entrance, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa group and sleeping niche with queen size bed, TV, exit to private terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. There is access to a washing machine, iron/ironing board and drying rack. Possibility to rent bicycles. There is access to our 5 acres of property with fields, forest and lake. The beach is located 5 km east of the property, Vilhelmsborg and Hørret forest are located within 2-3 km of the property.
