In the beautiful town of Santa Maria di Leuca, this charming and elegant apartment is located on the first floor. It is composed of a double bed and one twin and can therefore accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests. A balcony with panoramic view The two-bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a newly-built residential complex and it`s characterized by a large balcony where the guests can have lunch or dinner while enjoying the panoramic view. A new and cozy apartment for 4 guests The bright living room is air conditioned, open kitchen and access to the second balcony with laundry area. The apartment is completed by two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and it can accommodate up to 4 guests. - Small size pets are welcome. - Air conditioner in the living room and in the corridor. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 15 per person per week. - Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Please note that payment of the security deposit of euro 150 is required upon arrival by credit card, cash or instant bank transfer. This amount will be returned within 7 days of check-out, unless damages are found. Guest access The three rooms is accessed by a large terrace with a delicate coverage, allowing you to comfortably eat in the open air, enjoying a beautiful panoramic view. The living room is very bright and equipped with air conditioning, a sofa bed (a bed), kitchen and balcony with access to the rear with laundry area. On the left is the corridor of the sleeping area, equipped with air conditioning, two bedrooms and bathroom with shower. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people.
