The space Located on the edge of Puerto Morelos, right on the famous Cenotes Route at Km 23, is Casa Villa Young. This beautiful modern house has 4 bedrooms, all of which have full bathrooms... 55" SmartTV... and each room has its own private balcony. 2 of the bedrooms have king-size beds and 2 have queen-size beds, and all 4 bedrooms have double air mattresses in case extra beds are needed. On the main floor, you will enjoy a large 120 m2 room. We have leather sofas and chairs located in front of a 75" TV. A pantry ready for your use, a 22-foot full-size refrigerator and a dining table with chairs that seats 8. A huge kitchen with granite countertops and an island with additional seating for 3 people. There's another 22-foot refrigerator in the kitchen... a gas stove... and an electric oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of pots and pans... dishes... cutlery and cooking utensils. It also has a half bathroom on the main floor. One of the favorite features of Villa Casa Young is the rooftop patio. Take the stairs from the main floor to a rooftop walkway where you will find a 98 m2 area with artificial grass... a table and patio chairs... loungers... etc. A pool with a waterfall and an infinity pool with a view of the best sunsets, and a half bathroom so you don't have to go downstairs! The patio is located under the solar panels so there is a shaded area for people who want a break from the sun. The rooftop patio also offers beautiful views of our gardens... the backyard and the back pool, as well as views of the top of the jungle canopy. Casa Young is built on a 1000 m2 lot surrounded by tropical gardens with more than 500 plants and 7 palm trees. There is a large area around the house that is made of artificial turf, which is perfect for young people to play. There is a 240 m2 concrete patio in the back of the house that surrounds the second pool. The patio has 2 authentic palapas... one umbrella-style palapa that has a round table and 4 chairs, and the second palapa is a large rectangle that has 2 ceiling fans and a conversation area for 5. There is also a half bathroom in the backyard, and we have an outdoor shower for rinsing off. There are 3 sliding doors that lead to the backyard from the main living room... one door leads to a covered kitchen area that has a charcoal grill and a gas grill, and the other sliding door leads to a dining table and patio chairs. It is covered and has 2 ceiling fans.
