the annex: Charming Gite in Champagne with pool

The Annex and its year-round heated POOL is a charming cottage with industrial decor, fully equipped, very pleasant for spending time with family or friends. Bedrooms with private shower room, walk-in shower, large beds made on arrival. The Annex is offered with access to the indoor pool heated to 29°. A large terrace to enjoy the sun with garden furniture, swing and barbecue. Atypical indoor games room for kids to enjoy. The space The Annex is completely independent of our second cottage (Viviers cottage). Fully enclosed, you will enjoy your own outdoor space with garden, deckchair and barbecue with swing for the little ones. Not overlooked. The 3 bedrooms have tasteful decor and all have a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. Children's side: Baby cot with mattress, deckchair, baby bath and high chair are available free of charge upon request. Consider looking at our second cottage to possibly rent it at the same time and enjoy moments with family or friends. The Annex is located in a village with all amenities: butchers, bakers, supermarket, café, hairdressers... We are close to Provins with its medieval city, 50 minutes from Disneyland Paris, Epernay 45 minutes away. Come visit our beautiful region or simply relax with family or friends. Guest access The Gite l'Annexe is offered with access to the indoor pool heated to 29° all year round alternately with the Gite de Viviers. Access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (modifiable according to your visit schedule) For your comfort, time slots will be chosen upon arrival to fully and PRIVATELY enjoy the aquatic space. Compliance with the health protocol: tenants are not in the aquatic area at the same time. Possibility to book the 2 cottages at the same time (12 people) for meetings with friends or family. Other things to note Linens are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Towels and linens not provided: optional (8 euros per person)
